Return & Refunds

In event of damaged or wrong item:

I accept refunds within 2 months of purchase in the event that the item has not arrived as expected (ie. damaged) or the wrong item has been sent. In most cases i will ask for the item to be sent back before issuing a full refund however each case is unique so please contact me first.

Cancel an order:

I accept cancellations on orders if the customer has contacted me and requested this before i have sent the item out. I try to send orders out the next business day so i urge you to email me asap if you would like to cancel as once its sent you, will have to wait for the item to arrive and send it back for a refund. 

Order not arrived: 

If your order has not arrived within 1 month, I will offer a replacement item or refund. Sometimes orders can take a little longer to arrive especially over holidays so I will always ask you wait this short timeframe before i send a replacement.
